Positive, Get’s the Job done, Very Knowledgeable in his field, these are things that come to mind when I think of Stephen McNeal. Stephen and I worked on many projects together in the nine years I worked for Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield. He always made every clients issue a priority and he made every client feel as though their issues were the most urgent! He would go above and beyond ALWAYS to help each and every client with an issue. He also would resolve those issues with a smile. In all the years I worked with Stephen, what I learned about him is that not only is he great at what he does but he also does it with a smile. There was never an issue with technology hardware nor software that he couldn’t figure out! All the issues I would bring to Stephen he had resolved them all....And being in Technology Training I brought him many issues!!! But there was never an issue he couldn’t resolve!
