Mike Mahmassani is a natural leader who works well with others. He leads by example and is not afraid of doing more than his share of work. For example, Mike lead his team in the third year Business Simulation course through a highly competitive environment to move from fourth place to almost second! Mike stayed focused on success despite the challenges from a heated up market! He analyzed the market, worked with his team and found areas to build on and competitive weaknesses to target. Mike encouraged his team to keep going and helped them do well on their sections of the business. Mike also lead a team in an earlier course with equally positive results! -–One of the best students I have seen in two very challenging courses. Mike’s overall strengths include, communication, interpersonal, analytical, teamwork and of course leadership. He is great with people and has a positive realistic approach to solving business problems and working through challenges. He has an ability to take on new challenges as easily as old ones. I do not hesitate to recommend Mike Mahmassani for a Human Resources position!
