Pavan has been our go-to person right from the days when we used to manage DC infrastructure for many clients. He has transformed himself into a Cloud Specialist and was one of few persons in erstwhile Axon to have dabbled in AWS cloud without prior training / knowledge. And added to his technical capabilities are his client management skills - we have had more a few instances where clients have requested specifically for Pavan to be around during the maintenance windows.
