Kelsey is a team player who is thoughtful in her work. During our time together at Harris Bricken, Kelsey blossomed in the intake specialist role. This was her first law firm job, but it took no time for her to get acquainted and confident in responding to the demands of attorneys, clients and staff alike. She is tough and I mean this in a good way. One of the many things I enjoy about working with Kelsey, is that she always seeks to improve. She welcomes feedback and solicits it regularly. I watched her take criticism and implemented immediately and in an ongoing manner. Kelsey is someone you can count on to not only improve her skills, but also the processes of the teams that she works with. Because she was one of the first interactions that potential clients would have with our firm, her role was crucial. Kelsey's kind and inviting demeanor led clients to receive the right help from the right attorneys. Kelsey supported attorneys in offices throughout the west coast, China and Spain. She supported practice groups including international business, domestic corporate, trade and customs, immigration, real estate, litigation, data privacy, intellectual property and more. Kelsey's writing is professional and error-free. Harris Bricken trusted her with being one of our first interactions with the public and she always nailed it. She is positive and encouraging of her teammates. Kelsey is responsible for helping create a culture in our Los Angeles office, which was new and only a handful of people at the time that she started. Bottom line, I would hire Kelsey again in a heartbeat and enjoyed our time working together.
