During this time, she distinguished herself through her ceaseless effort and boundless dedication. Janine not only made sure she understood the context that the team is working in, but also made the effort to understand her stakeholders’ needs and provide tailored solutions to help them better understand consumer feedback and how to develop products that meet consumers’ needs. With a positive attitude, she is a pleasure to be around. Always sharp, she always did her homework before meetings, so she could convince colleagues of the importance of her suggested ideas and solutions. I’m most impressed by her proactivity and desire to improve, from examining current processes to existing reports, always having a critical eye and asking how we could do things better.
