I have known Rik for the last 5 years and in that time he has been a valued member within the Swisscom testing organization . Rik's strengths lie in his ability to build relationships in this complex environment with its many stakeholders and technologies. He has a very good experience and expertise working in onsite - offshoring model. He has also implemented many new processes to improve communications and increase efficiency of our testing models .I wish Rik all the best in the future and would be happy to have him back here at Swisscom if the opportunity arose.

Rik Fisk has performed an excellent job as a Test Manager during the implementation of Portal 7.3 system for KPN. This was a complex project environment with multiple parties involved (both internal and external to IBM). The project test team managed by Rik was located locally in NL and off shore (India). Under huge time pressure Rik managed to get the system testing completed in time and within budget and with good quality. The portal system went live at 01-04-2008 without any significant problems.       During a five-year period he took over control of testing on all of the main billing applications at Swisscom including Oracle BRM and SAP applications as well as a raft of other important systems, which were integrated with billing.
