Site Enginner
-
Feb 2012 - Apr 2012
This temporary contract involved the construction of foundations for a large warehouse Driven-cast Insitu Piles. As the site engineer I was responsible for the quality assurance of the product. My role was to ensure that the piles were fit for purpose, fulfilling the design requirements and the client’s needs. I took a “Right first time” approach, checking the product at every stage: ensuring the use of top quality raw materials, correct assembly of the product and eliminating any possible mistakes. Skills Developed: Maintaining constant communication with the client, project manager, site supervisor and engineers. Notice errors and unexplained data and find results and solutions for the problem. Keeping up to date quality assurance documentation including clear and accurate ITP’s as a clear record of each pile produced. Show less
