I know Anita from GIZ Daad Summer School. During that time, she proved to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She is an outstanding communicator with a world-class knowledge of issues relating to urban planning, sustainability management, knowledge integration and managing change.Anita is passionate and puts a lot of effort into her work. Every written piece she produces is well thought out and very detailed. She is thorough in her analyses and researches her facts to obtain validity. I enjoyed working with Anita during her summer school activity at our organisation.I wish her all the best .

Anitha was one of the bright young candidates for the PhD summer school I had organised and coordinated for GiZ in the summer of 2011. She was keen to actively participate and had well structured and focused responses in the class. She grasped new concepts and new ways of research ( which was advocated by the summer school) with ease. As a team player, she is especially appreciated for her ability to listen, sit back and look at the bigger picture and provide critical analysis. She would most definitely be an asset to any organisation/team/school that she wishes to associate herself with.
