Developing and applying advanced mathematical techniques for problem modelling and solving, using different computational tools (High Performance Computing, Template Object Oriented Programming, High-Level Scripting and Dynamic Programming, Parallel Programming). Advance data analysis and information extraction (many-parameters and custom-function data fitting) from noised, (self-)correlated and/or biased data series, using both deep math theory (statistical and functional analysis) and computational tools (Monte Carlo numerical stochastic techniques) for error estimation. Typical fields of application include stochastic (statistical mechanics) dynamical systems found in very different topics like elementary particle physics (Lattice Gauge Theories), macromolecular biological system (protein/RNA folding) and generically many- local-minima energy landscape statistical systems (Ising and spin glasses models).
