Sander reported to me at AstraZeneca from July 1995 until October 2007. He was an excellent employee, loyal to the organization and with an indepth knowledge of IT. As IT manager he lead several successful projects regarding, among others, rationalize serverpark, improve IT-processes, implement SOx etc. He was responsible for the local IS security policy. As manager he was a real teamplayer who motivated his people to great performance. He also worked in the central IS organization of AstraZeneca at the IS Productivity Improvement Programme with the aim to reach savings and productivity improvement in IS worldwide.
