I've worked with Lauren for four years in a supervisory and peer capacity. When we first met I was in a supervisory role and as she grew, we became peers. She has grown tremendously during this time and the one characteristic that hasn't changed is her hard work. Lauren started as a Research Associate in the Atlanta office. The office was brand new and Lauren played an integral part in building it out and training new associates. Her main responsibility was managing a portfolio of commercial real estate properties and building/maintaining relationships with top brokers and developers in her market. She exceeded expectations in her metrics 24 months in a row and was then promoted to a market analyst role. This was a new group at CoStar where Lauren again, played a big part in building that role out . At that time, my responsibilities moved to the New York City market and got the most amazing news when I found out Lauren was my Analyst! We went to New York to present to top revenue grossing clients every quarter. She was savvy and knew exactly what each client wanted to hear without them telling her. She could answer every high level economic question thrown her way and did so with confidence and poise. Her sharp analytic skills and her down to earth demeanor made her a huge asset to our company and our clients. We worked like a machine and she made everything run smoothly. The best thing about working with Lauren is her great attitude during hectic times and her ability to create a good atmosphere where she is. I would highly recommend Lauren Baker to any company with so much pride. She is irreplaceable and anyone would be lucky to have her.

Lauren worked with our company as a campus representative. She did great work for us and helped us market and promote our service to students at her school. Anyone would be very lucky to have Lauren on their team.
