I've worked with Tom over a number of years, mainly with Tom as a client and internal resource for a product implementation based around WorkSite. While Tom already had a fantastic knowledge of WorkSite he took it upon himself to learn the workings and implementation of the product I supplied to the point of knowing the ins and outs nearly as much as the developers. He has a great adaptability and is able to convey requirements and work with external resources in such a way that you feel like you are working with him rather than for him. I cant recommend Tom highly enough.
