  I was an intern for Wunderman on the Shell account and worked alongside the strategy directors by researching current loyalty programmes that other companies have used to dominate their fields and presented this research to other employees. I also assisted in developing Shell's loyalty programme by mapping out the customer experience from signing up, to receiving benefits.
