I’ve worked with Jhay in one of our back-end projects in Avion and it had been a great experience for me as a student. He’s keen on finding tools which will make our life as devs easier. Some of the tools he introduced to me were slim (used in Rails) & bootstrap cheatsheet. Also, another thing that I liked about working with him is despite the tight deadlines we had at the bootcamp - he tells me to rest and relax because at the end of the day, we won’t be able to code well if we’re burned out.
