I think what I admire most about Loretta is her ability to wear many hats and see things from different perspectives. She's especially great at putting on a client hat to understand their needs and identify things they may not have even thought of! A core strength Loretta brings to the table, and excels at, is taking complex information with little direction and turning it into something that's understandable and actionable.
