Rajesh was one of the most knowledgable people that I have worked with and his broad knowledge in different areas makes conversations with him enjoyable. He has a pedagogical approach to problem solving, software development, system design and programming principals. Especially when it comes to databases, he’s always my go-to person. In combination with his outstanding commitment for work, I’m certain he is a good asset for any company.

Rajesh and I first met each other as part of the core backend team at Opera working on fintech products aimed at the African and European markets. Being a seasoned programmer, he brought with him a wealth of experience and knowledge, and was able to make many key decisions and provide support in all areas. Everything from software architecture, to testing and deployment, insight into the fintech industry, and much more. While already being highly proficient with many established technologies, he was not afraid to pick up and try new methods, and did so quickly. Together we went through many new experiences such as building and scaling several products written in Go from scratch, to go from handling a few thousand transations a day to now tens of millions. His leadership was there every step of the way. Rajesh was also a fantastic mentor to me personally, and the wisdom I have gained from him is indispensable. He is a great problem solver and works very well in a team. I am grateful to have worked together and wish him success with his future endeavours.

At Pran, I was involved in the engineering aspects of the core product line WIND, which was a generic framework for developing database application. My primary responsibilities were designing modules, implementing them and maintain the product line. Apart from the core product , I was also involved in developing application using the wind framework for the US client.
