Few people have the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a coach and mentor—but I did when I worked for Ozgur. I had the pleasure of working with Ozgur early on in my engineering career for about two years at Instrumentation Laboratory. His management style is very refreshing as he is not one to micromanage. I always appreciated his ability to bridge the gap between upper management and engineering to focus the team towards a common goal. Even though he was in a management role, he never hesitated to get into the engineers shoes to help with brainstorming ideas whenever it was needed. Ozgur wanted everyone to succeed and provided excellent guidance and advice on career growth. I learned a lot from Ozgur and I highly recommend him for any leadership role!

Ozgur is democratic, strategic, and visionary. He is the honest leader, who someone I trust to work with in solving problems together. He works well with other leaders to define and strategize the best path forward for the business, operates calmly and listens actively. He is a leader that his teams & associates respect and approach for guidance & coaching. Ozgur is a leader who wants to do the right thing while being flexible in finding right solutions to meet the business challenges without compromising product quality and patient safety. I had a great experience working with him as he brings integrity, intelligence, and positive impact to his environment. Ozgur is an incredible leader and a great asset to any organization.
