Mumtaz Hussain Syed is among a rare breed of people i have ever seen.Technically sound, intellectual, assertive and a person with creative bend of mind,an engineer with great aspiration. The achievements he has bagged defines his determination towards the work he does. I learnt a lot from him and it was indeed very mutual.
