I've worked with Paul for the last four years and it has been a great learning experience learning from one who has a solid knowledge of auditing, nonprofit accounting, and fraud. It has been eye opening to review his reports on potential fraudulent situations and learn how this side of investigative auditing is done. The more I work with Paul, the more interested I am in someday pursuing a forensic accounting degree.

It was a pleasure working with Paul, a member of the Headquarters Opinions Committee. I learnt a lot from his keen, attention to detail, analytical mind. Although it was my first time to work with Headquaters Opinions Committee, Paul's patience and accomodating spirit made it easy for me, I did not feel intimidated. Paul has been a gift to GCAS. I look forward to work with him on another project.

As a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) member of the General Conference Auditing Service (GCAS) Fraud Response Committee it has been a privilege to work with auditors globally and assist in enhancing fraud detection capabilities and, in some cases, providing training to enable a particularly effective audit response to frauds encountered during financial statement audits. My personal, on-site efforts in working with frauds as special engagements as a Regional Manager and as an Assistant Director have also been blessed with particular effectiveness in achieving results. As a quality control individual, I liaise with audit colleagues operating from offices in 45 countries regarding adherence to applicable international or country-specific reporting and auditing standards to ensure the quality of formal communications with the governing committees of client organizations. This includes working together with individual auditors on drafts of financial statement opinions, client working policy compliance reports and communications required by auditing standards and liaising between the auditor manager or managing partner and an internal review committee. My service as Assistant Director began in Moscow, Russia, and I moved to Silver Spring, Maryland, during the third quarter of 2006. Show less
