Worked with CEO in growing alpha test participant base from 4 testers to over 80. Collaborated with CEO, mechanical engineer, chemical engineer, and electrical/programming engineer to develop and refine current alpha program and plan for beta test, product launch, and app development. Worked closely with Alpha testers to develop user friendly operating procedures and an end product that meets customer expectations and Sutro's engineering design goals. Engineering: Worked with engineers to develop microfluidic pumps that measure water chemistry through colorimetry. Patent Number 9776888. Built an automated AI (SutroBot) that interacted with users over text messaging to send water chemistry prescriptions. Product Development: Refined Sutro's current product offerings. Developed and brought to market a new companion product and put others in the pipeline. Refined customer experience through product development by streamlining product delivery, safety standards, and product packaging and design.
