  I did my internship in the department of Work, the general task was focused on the project 'Gent, stad in werking'. I joined several meetings and sessions of a consultancy agency that evaluated the project. As an addition I compared it to the characteristics of a network organization. An other achievement was the evaluation of the agreement between the city of Ghent, VDAB and OCMW Ghent. I also helped organize an event called 'Work in Progress' to discuss the difficulties of finding a job for high educated graduates and I evaluated the methodologies afterwards. Overall the best life lesson was an understanding of the daily operations of a public administration.
