I worked with Katerina in Grant McGregor, developing our cyber security processes and consulting on the IASME governance standard. Katerina is immensely practical and efficient in implementing policies, procedures and processes. She works with both technical and non-technical staff to understand their workflows, then streamlining and maturing their processes. Katerina was also a key member in problem investigation and resolution, working across various teams to ensure requirements were met and effective solutions identified. She was also fun to work with and contributed considerably to the collegiality of the company. Katerina would be a great addition to any team.
