Lead Reentry Case Manager

I was the lead case manager for the Adult Pathway grant that the United States Department of Labor federally funds. The reentry department at OIC is responsible for all matters pertaining to the program including but not limited to enrollment, case planning, referrals, job placement, job training, educational programming, etc. In this position, I actively recruited and ensured the eligibility of all applicants and helped them complete the application process and assessments. Also, I regularly visited the Philadelphia prison system to meet with current and potential participants. I worked with a caseload of homeless individuals and families to find housing within 60 days of entering the program. All clients lived at the Bucks County Emergency Homeless Shelter. I was the primary case manager for 25+ children who were involved in a dependency case with the sixth judicial circuit in Florida.
