Doug is a very strong and admired sales leader! His style of always listening and responding versus reacting induced and promoted a positive and winning culture within the entire sales team. He exemplified the best combination of EQ and IQ in strategizing and guiding our sales efforts. He continually elicited the best performances from his team. We were confident he had our backs. Under his leadership, we operated with a positive mindset and not with fear of failure! I believe Doug has the executive presence, leadership skills, and most importantly the perfect temperament to be a very effective and strong sales leader!

I have a very high opinion of Doug Sickler... I have had the privilege of working with him at Perot Systems now Dell. Doug was the consummate professional never seeking accolades for himself but working with his team to be successful. He was always highly competent in the competitive contracting landscape... with the ability to provide critical feedback and creative ideas to move forward. Doug is highly conscientious and knows how to balance organizational requirements for accountability and pushing limits for new work. I have a lot of respect for Doug and would work with him anytime.
