Responsibilities: _ Plan and execute all paid campaigns to advertise for both web and mobile app including PPC ads, Social Media Ads, Mobile and Display while monitoring spent budgets and ROI. _ Formulate & optimize strategies and approaches for customer acquisition across web and mobile to increase ROI and acquire new audience. _ Management of performance marketing tools (iTunes, App Annie, Adwords...etc). _ Analyze and monthly report web and Mobile performance and communicate it to all stakeholders. _ Plan and follow up on execution of web and mobile performance goals by coordinating with Tech team according to business vision, market trends, customer feedback and analytics. _ Plan and follow up on execution of content, video and social requirements for performance related projects by coordinating with designated teams. _ Work with Tech team to test performance optimization related to landing pages, tracking, and funnel conversion. _ Drive marketing technology changes and enhancements to support performance goals.
