Special Operations Civil Affairs Team Leader (05/13–01/14): Lead an active component Special Operations Civil Affairs Team aligned with Special Operations Command Africa. Responsible for mastering the political, economic, social, and cultural elements of the operational area and for executing non-lethal projects and programs to affect civil centers of gravity. Responsible for the health and welfare of a four Soldier Civil Affairs Team as well as the maintenance and accountability of team property valued over $1 Million dollars.
