  Key Responsibilities 1.1 Monitor and follow up as necessary and maintain complete records concerning the execution of the works. 1.2 Identify non-conforming work or materials, notify contractor, and keep a record. Follow up corrective and preventive measure taken by the Contractor. 1.3 Review and forward comments on the contractor’s method statement for execution of the works.
