I was lucky enough to work with Stefani for 4 1/2 years. And in that time, we built something great, that couldn't have happened without her. She is unpretentious, clever, funny, intuitive and smart. She pushes for everyone to be better and to reach higher. Naturally curious, she finds solutions and then makes them happen. She is a natural leader and mentor and always makes the process of coming up with great creative or strategies, collaborative and engaging. She challenges when needed and pushes for the best, always being positive and encouraging. Stefani was born to write. She can give anything a unique and fitting personality and tone, all with a quick click of her keyboard. She actually makes writing look easy, which we all know, it's not. She can take the most boring of copy and whip it into something exciting and engaging, leaving you wanting more. She is a warm and personable leader whether it be with co-workers or clients and would be an amazing fit in the right leadership role.

I was lucky enough to be one of the people responsible for bringing Stefani to Austin, and I'm sure the city will be eternally grateful to me as a result. As a GSD&M Creative Director on major retailer accounts, I brought her in from NYC based on her stellar portfolio. She didn't disappoint. She and her partner successfully created integrated campaigns that were not only creatively compelling, but effective as well. Stefani worked on many projects targeting women, and is extremely strong in that area. Now, with her own growing company, she's created smart, savvy work designed for a vast range of target audiences. She's a quick, strategic and innovative thinker - a creative who gets the business side of things. I love how she thinks and writes and hope to work with her again in the future.
