Tracing hidden LGB histories through Berkshire Court Records, 1861-1919, supervises by Katherine Harloe, Associate Professor in Classics and Intellectual History, and Mark Stevens, Berkshire County Archivist. This project involved primary research through archive documents in order to collate a list of individuals convicted of homosexual ‘offences’; then, we began biographical research to place the individuals ‘act’ within the context of his life.
