Chelsea's superpower is the ability to make any problem into an interesting puzzle to solve. Where some see a spreadsheet she sees a story, and solutions. On top of that super-human stuff, she's also just fun to work with, highly motivated, ever curious, and darn serious about bettering herself and others. 10/10 would work with Chelsea again.

Coming across a leader as talented and congenial as Chelsea Long in the advertising/marketing industry is rare. Anyone who gets the unique privilege of working with Chelsea Long should consider themselves a very lucky individual. Chelsea is incredibly hard-working, intelligent leader that brings ingenuity to her work. When Chelsea tackles a project or task you can rest assured that not only will the job get completed, but the detail and care which she puts into her work will always exceed expectation. Chelsea's masterful skills as a data + insights strategist can be seen in every facet of her work, as she is always extracting learnings and applying them to optimize and improve. She is incredibly intuitive and five steps ahead of everyone else in the room. As someone who working alongside Chelsea in project management role, having the ability to rely on the dependability and skill of a leader and colleague is invaluable. What Chelsea brings is not only exemplary data, insights and strategy work, but also levels and lifts up the work of everyone around her. The level of quality that Chelsea brings to her work is only matched in qualities as a manager. The skills and values Chelsea possesses are shared with her direct reports, allowing them to learn and grow under her guidance. I have seen first hand the respect and value her reports have for the level of care she brings as a supervisor. She plays an extremely active role in aiding in their career development and the growth of their department. When Chelsea is leading a department, all other departments look to hers as an example of excellence. I cannot recommend Chelsea highly enough, her 360 skills are unmatched and anyone would be lucky to have her as a member of their company or team.
