I had the privilege to work with Christophe in a complex environment with a challenge to deploy, on one of our most critical site, a technology refresh of our wireless solution along with the deployment on the local area network of a security solution aiming at bringing more control and enforcement of our global policies. A key success factor for the management of both projects was to ensure proper coordination of our off-shore support team and our local one, whilst ensuring proper inventory of network access devices and endpoints. Christophe managed both projects in parallel with efficiency and rigorous methodology, allowing to achieve the projects goals without distribution to our business.
