Australian Wildlife Conservancy (AWC) is the biggest private (not for profit) owner and/or manager of land for conservation in Australia - delivering and influencing effective conservation across more than 12.9 million hectares in iconic regions such as the Kimberley, Cape York, Kati Thanda-Lake Eyre and the Top End. Working within a growing team and reporting to the Development Manager, Annual Programs, I am responsible for the strategy and development of individual giving, recurring giving and community fundraising initiatives. This includes using an omnichannel approach across donor journeys to acquire, retain and grow the general and mid-level individual giving, and recurring giving programs. High-level project management is required to plan and coordinate two major appeals, EOFY RG upgrades and donor engagement surveys, along with lead generation campaigns and donor stewardship communications. I am also responsible for the recruitment, training and management of in-house Telephone Fundraisers to support the team from June to December. During my first 12 months with AWC, I have: • Grown the Recurring giving program by 10%. • Increased EOFY Appeal giving by 12% for Mid-level and General donors. • Increased Christmas Appeal giving by 24% for Mid-level and General donors. Australian Mobile Food Vendors Group has pioneered innovation in the food truck industry since 2013. I have the pleasure of being the Event Coordinator for AMFVG and working with a dedicated and creative team of professionals on some of Australia's most high-profile public events. Reporting to the Managing Directors, I work alongside the Events and Operations Manager, BDM and Marketing team to create opportunities for mobile food vendors to trade at major public events. My role has allowed me to work alongside major clients such as Tennis Australia, City of Melbourne, RSPCA, Grand Prix, MCG and more. An integral part of my role is liaising directly with clients to assist in coordinating a smooth and successful event. AMFVG is the parent company to The Food Truck Park and The Food Truck Festival. As the Events Coordinator, it was my role to create event rosters of food trucks, market stalls and entertainment, as well as ensuring all compliance paperwork was on file. Show less
