As a fellow IT professional I have had the opportunity to consult with Jamie on a number of occasions. His knowledge of IT customer support encompasses Service Desk, Desktop, Application Support , Account Administration and Networking Support. Due to working in a small shop corporate environment, Jamie has done everything from building out training rooms, creating custom images for desktop and laptop provisioning, assisting with Active Directory permissions and still being able to help out with end-user support at the cubicle level.
