I also work with Engineering to lead Cloud Architecture (Performance & Availability), Product Observability & Data Analysis, Incident Management, Audit & Compliance. The drop in performance and usability of traditional ERP applications that were still using an old technology stack was getting more noticeable and we identified a need to improve our products to meet the growing consumer needs. I have facilitated the successful migration of multiple critical applications to the cloud using AWS, reducing infrastructure and maintenance costs by up to 60%. The successful development and launch of these pilot projects have also had a strong influence on the company's shift from traditional on-premise solutions to a SaaS microservice based cloud architecture for all of our product offerings. I make use of KPIs to track customer usage and product performance and I continuously leverage on Beta Testing, User Research and Data Analytics to identify the customer's pain points and in turn guide the Product Roadmap to best improve the user experience. This has helped to identify and catch 30% more problems compared to before without having to wait for the customer's feedback.

In order to bridge this gap and provide efficient customer support from Singapore, I came up… Show more I started the DevOps and SRE Department in Singapore to support all of our products with the goal of achieving effective release and delivery management as well as making customer support effective and faster from Singapore by means of Automation, Data Analysis & Monitoring and Incident Management. In 2016, there was an increasing need for reliable customer support for our growing product line. In order to bridge this gap and provide efficient customer support from Singapore, I came up with several timely proposals and was able to establish the first DevOps and SRE team in Singapore to solve these inefficiencies. Within 6 months we were able to provide solutions that improved operational efficiency and customer support speed by more than 75% across all Singapore teams. The onboarding of a new customer onto our products used to take more than 4 months while incurring very high costs. After analysing the process to identify all the key bottlenecks, we were able to provide a framework that revamped the onboarding procedure completely with smart automation, thereby reducing the total time required for onboarding new customers to just a few days. Consequently, I was promoted to Vice President of the Department.
