Mary and I worked on a project to implement a call centre operation that delivered exceptional customer service. Mary was recruiting the people that we were training, and made sure that her role didn't end when her recruits started the job. She was proactive during their induction phase, always looking for ways to ensure that her part of the process was delivering into the business. She's not a "tick in the box" manager but someone who wants to do the best possible job, and was a joy to work with.

Mary,s advice has made a positive difference to our bottom line. She really sticks with the project and introduces several tested tools that are extemely effective.

I am currently the Convenor/Secretary of the International Society of One Armed Golfers. The Society of One- Armed Golfers was founded in 1932. Initially the formation was principally for golfers who had lost an arm in World War One, but over the years has evolved and now includes golfers who have lost the use of an arm through conflict, road or industrial accidents, birth defects or neurological reasons.
