I had the opportunity to see Nafis grow from learning to mastering Medical Operations role in the year we worked together. Two qualities stood out for me - his passion for process improvement and his strength in building relationships. He immediately identified opportunities to streamline the Medical Grants process and explored these ideas with experienced cross functional partners. With stakeholder close collaboration, Nafis implemented several changes that resulted in simplifications and efficiencies. Both internal and external partners appreciated Nafis's ability to understand what they needed, communicate with clarity, and recognize shared achievements. It has been a pleasure to have Nafis as a team member in our platform, occupying the role of a co-op intern. Nafis has embraced a significant workload with respect to our planning, logistics and training mandate.
