All IT problems are my fault and fixed by my excellent team. Responsible for the Architecture at the start and the Infrastructure's Run job for ongoing operations daily. A practical, common sense approach keeping FortisAlberta current with technology and ready for the next evolution always in support of the company’s electrical distribution. Developing people and guiding technology ensures the right combination is ready when it is needed. If you assume it's your fault at the beginning and admit that, then you can only go up from there.
