I've had the pleasure of working closely with Shannon as colleagues at FD for nearly 4 years. During this time she was promoted to a manager role, and developed into a key leader on the team. She is a systems thinker, who loves to solve problems, and shows determination & grit to accomplish whatever she sets her mind to. She also keeps cool under pressure, thrives on helping others, and is eager to keep learning & improving. Shannon really shines in two types of situations (that sometimes overlap): bringing order to chaos and solving problems in crisis. When you need to fix or revamp a complex process involving disparate systems, multiple organizations, and some challenging personalities, I'd want Shannon leading that project team. Likewise, when there is a crisis and we need to rapidly identify the root cause of an issue, determine the solution, and implement a fix to prevent it from happening again, Shannon is the go-to. She is also very skilled in using Excel to analyze data, creating Powerpoints that clearly summarize results, and confidently delivering presentations to clients. Shannon a great mentor for colleagues, in particular onboarding and coaching many Coordinators, and having & sharing a wealth of knowledge about FD systems, campaigns, and clients.
