I have worked with Sean for a year at Amazon Lab126 and he has been an impeccable coworker and friend. His vast knowledge on operating systems, networking, and infrastructure made Sean a key player on our team. He was in charge of handling all of our high priority networking tickets, which included DNS and wifi issues, for multiple sites located in Sunnyvale, San Jose, Santa Clara, and Palo Alto. He also helped launch multiple buildings from the ground up and configured the servers, switches, ports, and AP's for the new buildings. Sean took the time to train others to help them advance their careers. He trained junior technicians on how to troubleshoot Mac and Linux machines as well as provided lessons in port configurations and basic network troubleshooting. He really improved team moral with his great sense of humor and high spirits. The team looked forward to Sean's jokes every day. Sean would be an asset to any team and any employer would be lucky to have him.

Sean Hogoboom is what I would consider to be an advanced IT Engineer with skills that span everything from Systems Administration to white glove executive support. During our time together he helped me grow in skills I was lacking and was always open minded and receptive when requesting feedback. He's diligent and always follows through on anything he says he's going to do. Sean Hogoboom would be a valuable asset to any organization.
