Ginny was one of the most outstanding child care professionals I have managed in my 20+ year career in the industry. She was a complete natural in understanding how to effectively work with both first-time and experienced parents, was stellar in her interactions with young children -- especially infants, and children with special needs, and was a model employee for her professionalism, manners, punctuality, work habits, and pleasant personality. Everything about Ginny's perfomance in the corporate child care arena was exemplary. She was a favorite of children, colleagues, parents and supervisors because of her pursuit of excellence, intellect, and warm ways. I highly recommend Ginny for any service position in any field.
