I’ve now had the opportunity to work with Cecely across two organizations and I’ve watched her exceed expectations every time. In our time at Hartwig Staffing, she stood up an entire recruiting division while also training 3 brand new recruiters and process mapping success for new volume clients. Cecely is a knowledge sharer and she will do everything within her power to make everyone around her successful too. Cecely is brilliant and has a strength in taking a novel idea, seeing it from a variety of perspectives, and making it explode with potential. Cecely’s candidates, clients, and teammates love working with her because she truly cares about them as human beings with wants and needs of their own. Cecely is a builder; a builder of people and processes. Once she dedicates herself to something, she will see it all the way through and it will be even better than you thought it could be.

Rebekah "Bekah" Martin-Law

Cecely is one of the hardest working, dedicated people I know. She was unafraid of setting up a new division and mentoring new recruiters. She's a powerhouse recruiter herself, but beyond that, she is able to think beyond her own role to help the whole organization improve. For example, Hartwig Staffing had very little social media presence, so she took that on and increased our social media engagement and reviews (improvement of 10x). This has not only helped the company as a whole, but has helped individual team members improve their own brands and reach. Cecely bring an immense amount of industry knowledge to both her recruiters and to the company.
