I worked with Henry on a large and complex HR programme of change for the National Health Service (NHS). Henry was working as a test analyst writing the test scripts and executing them against the builds deployed into the test environments. Henry is a well organised and professional tester who produces high quality work with minimal supervision. I only worked with Henry for a short while but in that time I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him as a dependable person who always delivers.

Henry is a very friendly and polite individual, who is always smiling and can get the team motivated to meet business objectives. Excellent team player and has great applicable knowledge on a variety of technologies and subject areas. An absolute credit to IBM!

Worked on multiple projects as a Test Specialist delivering high quality work for the end client. Became proficient in analysing use cases and developing test scenarios and scripts. I have undertaken training courses in order to further knowledge and understanding. Project 2 (Jan 16 - Aug 16) My role was to test the new front end web application for a healthcare client. The portal was a redesigned system for over 1.5m employees, allowing them to manage their pay slips, training and learning content and absences. Whilst working on this project I was responsible for analysing the business requirements, reviewing use cases, creating test scenarios, test script production, test script execution, defect reporting and reviewing. I designed a defect and test execution tracker for the projects Test Lead and Defect Manager. This made the process of reporting on daily, weekly and all-time statistics back to other IBM teams and the client much easier. It received positive feedback from the Project Manager and Colleagues in IBM Mainline. The test planning and documentation and the defect management for the project was performed using IBM Rational suite. Project 1 (Aug 15 - Nov 15) My role was to test the front end web application for the a major utility company. Whilst on this project I was responsible for executing SIT, UAT and Smoke testing scripts as well as performing sanity tests as required. I reported results of test cases, logging defects and reporting and amending script errors. I spent my time completing assigned test cases, participating in daily project meetings, reporting to Test Lead/Project Manager on a daily basis, raising any issues/ uncertainty and logging defects in JIRA. I also assisted occasionally with the daily progress reports. The efforts of the team were recognised by the IBM CIC Leicester in the weekly newsletter and we were also praised by the client and IBM mainline project team for our hard work and positive results. Responsible for the generation of informative factual reports for a large client base. I was also tasked with the creation and maintenance of sample spreadsheets to allow the client to keep track of the results issued to them over the course of the project. I was also required to communicate with clients to keep them updated with how the testing was progressing and to assist in arranging future works.
