I had the pleasure of working with Paula Neiman during my tenure as VP of Marketing at Nature's Bakery. It was a fast paced and demanding environment as the business was experiencing double digit growth. In her role, Paula clearly demonstrated her ability to operate competently in that type of brand growth setting. She was able to build field marketing teams quickly through her vast resources and established relationships and effectively supported in-store activation, event activation and on-site at major tradeshows. She was always attentive, asked great questions and was meticulous about details, which I greatly appreciated as the details in her responsibilities helped to mitigate risk for the brand and optimize the Field Marketing budget. She demonstrated strong team leadership and was well organized. She is an asset to any marketing team.
