  -Support and manage a caseload of nearly 400 college students attending over 150 selective colleges across the nation by providing financial, academic, transfer, enrollment, and socioemotional advising through virtual and in-person meetings. -Planned and implemented 9 campus visits and coordinated 26 in-person and virtual meetings with college staff and faculty.-Cultivated relationships with college staff that resulted in formal partnership conversations with three colleges - Rice University, Union College, and Albion College.-Lead the College Success (CS) Team’s Impact + Data strategic initiative by identifying data-informed best practices, providing program feedback, and measuring the EMERGE Scholar experience.-Lead the CS Team’s Salesforce build-out by gathering input on desired functionality, creating custom objects to meet our needs, planning and implementing five virtual and in-person trainings, and creating team dashboards and reports. -Execute all CS Team Salesforce data upload needs, including NSC Data uploads, student data uploads, college data uploads, etc. -Co-lead over 70 college students and 10 chaperones on a 7 day college trip where we visited 9 colleges in New York and Connecticut.-Manage discretionary funds and disburse over $30,000 to hundreds of college students over the course of the year.-Coordinated and executed large-scale events intended to promote student persistence, each yielding over 100 to 200 participants, each with budgets of over $10,000. -Increased student response rate to our annual scholar survey by nearly 100%, signaling growing college student engagement with the organization.
