Aaron is very passionate for the work he does. Energy in particular seems to be where his greatest passion lies. His knowledge about electricity markets in particular is unsurpassed in this company. He excels at thinking outside the box and finding innovative options to replace outdated sourcing models. His scenario modeling skills make the perfect complement to his innovative thinking as they allow him to "prove" his theories before enacting them. He is very professional and conducts himself with the utmost integrity.

Aaron Energy Leadership at the Albany plant helped the site to saving significant money and lower their emissions footprint. His personal leadership of the Energy team resulted in very high levels of employee involvement throughout the site, not just in Utilities. He worked well with Engineering to deliver successful energy savings projects, and constantly developed new ideas for evaluation. His understanding of risk analysis and commodity pricing is unmatched in his field, and brought a new dimension to our savings efforts when coupled with his engineering knowledge.
