Selected and directed arrival of new crew. Provided inventory, organization and staging of equipment in warehouse for loading aboard ship and successfully brought an empty ship to full loaded ready for sea status within a two week time frame. * Conned ship in and out of port and supervised steaming and recovery of various scientific arrays and buoys.
