Her creativity gives her a sharp eye when it comes to evaluating the potential of an idea or story, and her strong journalism background makes her a keen editor. Any time I have a new assignment or need to follow a new process, she makes it a point to teach me despite my remote location. She records video tutorials, connects with me via Skype and sends detailed instructions when needed.
