Turnitin compares submitted papers to Internet content and papers that have been submitted in the past. I mostly worked with lead generation and research. For example spread sheets of college research deans and their contact information.

I spent three weeks volunteering in Kibera, Kenya (the largest slum in Africa). I received generous donations from PureDigital and Apple of 10 flip video cameras and two iMacs. I worked closely with a team of four Kiberan youths educating them on how to use video content to reach a wider global audience. We then, together, created a YouTube channel and posted our video content concerning the hardships and struggles that people of the slum face daily.
