Keara is responsive, professional and has good attention to detail. I enjoyed working with her.

Keara is a very effective Events Manager. I found her work to be well organised and efficient, yet she exhibited a flexible approach to solving the inevitable problems that surfaced when running large conferences. I would regularly have to call upon Keara and other event managers to assist me in meeting a sponsors requirements, and found that she was always too happy to help so that we could reach the best outcome for the client.

Working with students in the support classroom in an individual and group capacity, I supported children as they worked to understand and control their emotions, developed their communication strategies, and strengthened their literacy and numeracy skills. In the wider school, guided by the classroom teachers, I tested students on their spelling and sounds, listened to and read with students who needed extra reading support, and assisted students in completing worksheets and homework. In addition to this, I assisted with group work and served as a teacher’s aide. Behaviour was my main focus, providing guidance, support, distraction, praise, and encouragement to students throughout the day, enabling every child to have the chance of having the education they want and deserve. To supplement this role, I have completed training with the NSW Department of Education and Positive Partnerships to ensure that I am up to date with the latest information and practices. Show less

I worked as a Event Manager and Personal Assistant to a Mauritian hospitality director. In this role, although mostly ad hoc, it was my duty to ensure the director was up to date with all legislation, training, and industrial standards. In addition, I would plan and executed all of his events which varied from large garden parties to lavish working lunches and intimate beach BBQs. Other regular tasks included transcribing dictations, drafting letters, documents, and proposals using pre-provided materials, and competing general errands of a personal and professional nature as required.
