Additional responsibilities include: • Drive increased quality of hire, decreased time to fill, process excellence in recruiting, and key performance indicators. • Foster a talent advisor mindset with internal customers and teams. • Develop, select, implement, and manage social media and other technology-based talent branding strategies. • Demonstrate and ensure expert use of social media sources, resume harvesting and parsing, databases, and job boards to source and pursue qualified candidates. • Identify and recommend training and development opportunities for team members and develop the capabilities of the team to meet strategic goals and department productivity standards. • Oversee the development of recruiting contacts with residency and fellowship programs and establish formalized agreements with medical schools and residency programs for rotations in YesCare facilities. • Develop cost-effective and proactive recruitment strategies/campaigns for recruitment of providers including advertising, residency programs, state/national medical organizations, and specialty meetings. • Manage external relationships with search firms and contract/temporary firms.
